Where community matters
With a long tradition of community service in the neighborhoods where we work and live, Fidelity is committed to making a difference in the Merrimack area. The Fidelity Cares® program brings this to life with a primary focus on employee volunteer opportunities that help provide students and families with an educational foundation to attain personal and financial success.
At our Merrimack office, we partner with several strong nonprofit organizations to carry out this mission. From the Manchester Boys and Girls Club Homework Helper and Pen Pal programs, to the Nashua YMCA Y-Achievers program, our employee volunteers are having an impact in the community. In partnership with the HandsOn Network, thousands of Fidelity employees volunteer each year for major renovation projects to revitalize the learning environments in schools across the country through its School Transformation Days program.
