Your responsibilities may include any of the following areas:

  • You may be accountable for the effectiveness and quality of the recordkeeping operation of client plans and for reducing administrative tasks for clients by ensuring the appropriate setup and utilization of operational services and technology, and managing client behavior
  • Influence and serve as consultant to internal business partners through analysis of plan data, ideal service configuration, and implementation of new services
  • Provide project management and leadership to support and establish services aimed at improving service delivery technology and lowering cost
  • Leads projects focused on standardizing and optimizing key processes that influence customer satisfaction and/or productivity

Qualifications desired:

  • Strong listening, questioning, and positioning skills
  • Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills; critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal partners in order to gain buy-in and agreement with project initiatives
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Oriented towards client satisfaction, excellent customer interaction and influence skills
