Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) roles are closely tied and are critical to a project's success. The BA is responsible for the analysis and evaluation of customer business objectives and the development of solutions to meet business requirements. The BA acts as the primary interface between business unit end-users and systems development, applications, and programming areas.

Your responsibilities may include any of the following areas:

• Two-thirds of your time may be spent working on projects which usually involve multiple-year deliverables (BA)
• Determine information systems and/or process solutions to address business needs, and develop methods for implementation. (BA)
• Report and implement customization strategy, application
  troubleshooting, and support of application upgrades and process improvement projects. (BA)
• Lead cross-functional project teams through the project lifecycle from requirements definition through development, testing, and implementation. (PM)
• Manage multiple priorities and provide work direction to the project team. (PM)
• Establish and monitor short, mid-scale and complex project plans. (PM)
• Participate in change management and process improvement initiatives as well as provide recommendations to improve/enhance existing procedures and controls (BA/PM)

Qualifications Desired:

• Knowledge of systems and systems development methodology.
• Experience implementing large systems, particularly defining requirements, writing and executing test scripts.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior business unit management, business partners, project sponsors and customers globally as well as communicate effectively with business and development teams, end users, and product owners.
• Ability to document workflows and processes.
• Experience with Visio, MS Project, and SQL a plus.
