Operations
Each operations group at Fidelity is responsible for providing customers with a seamless experience by developing and implementing superior processes and procedures.
Your responsibilities may include any of the following areas:
- Act as a liaison between business units
- Leverage available resources to meet daily service targets, improve customer satisfaction, support projects in alignment with company direction
- Ensure that the operational services provided to clients meet their needs, meet internal and external service level agreements, and are delivered in a quality manner
- Consult to individual and corporate customers.
Qualifications desired:
- Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills
- Sound decision-making ability and risk management skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Effective organizational, time management, facilitation and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate and practice excellent written and oral communication skills
