Your responsibilities may include any of the following areas:

• You will need strong reconciliation skills, an aptitude for learning systems, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to follow and adhere to processes and procedures
• The ideal candidate will provide thought and leadership to cross-functional teams working together to realize the product visions
• This candidate should be able to produce results through influence and under minimal supervision, and demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Identifying and implementing tactical improvements to the tools and processes
  

Qualifications desired:

• Maintains a deep knowledge in the areas of payroll or benefits administration and processing
• Sound decision-making ability and risk management skills
• Empowered to make decisions on product direction
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service approach to problem solving
• Effective organizational, time management, facilitation and prioritization skills
• Demonstrate and practice excellent written and oral communication skills
