If your career goal is to become a chief financial officer and you would like to pursue a career in finance, consider Fidelity's Financial Summer Internship Program.

Interns in the 10-week program will have an opportunity to work with our finance and business leaders, participate in development activities, and learn about Fidelity and Fidelity Finance. You'll be assigned to finance projects within any of Fidelity's business units and support organizations. You'll also be mentored by members of our senior finance team and benefit from an extensive program of conferences, breakfast meetings, and other training-related sessions.

If you have a graduate degree in finance or accounting, consider the following:

• Financial Analyst. Conduct in-depth analyses (e.g. of market profitability) to help determine financial strategy. Provide decision support to new business initiatives. Work with stakeholders and business partners. Develop, maintain, and communicate decision frameworks (e.g. key metrics, qualitative factors, etc.) Maintain and develop analytical tools (e.g., multi-year models).
• Audit Analyst. Work on an audit team with responsibility for evaluating risks and controls, exacting audit reviews, communicating issues and findings to management, and interviewing clients. Propose and facilitate solutions; draft audit reports.
