Whether you're an HR professional, a consultant, an analyst, or more, there's an opportunity for you in corporate services. Fidelity hires people from many different professional backgrounds in each of these business groups. Here are some examples of the types of opportunities:
- Audit Director. Work with senior levels of management within a business unit or function to help identify and resolve risk and control issues. Provide leadership and direction for your team and work closely with vice presidents to address strategic matters. Find out more about opportunities in Audit.
- Consulting Business Analyst. Get exposure to senior management across Fidelity businesses and help identify growth opportunities for the firm. Help perform secondary research on industry trends, competitors, customers, regulatory changes, and technology innovations. Plan and execute primary research, including focus groups and surveys, and perform various analyses.
- Management Consultant. Post-MBA candidates in this position work as project team members who plan and execute analysis and the delivery of recommendations to clients across the firm. In this position you'll help address the most important issues facing Fidelity and the financial services industry.
- Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst. Work with peers across Fidelity and externally in performing strategic analyses of real estate investment and development opportunities worldwide. Assist in analyzing economic, geopolitical, and investment information and prepare analyses for prospective or existing submarkets and investments, including evaluation of risks.
- Compensation Account Manager, Human Resources. Help to deliver effective compensation solutions with business partners and clients. Work may include job evaluation, competitive market analysis, compensation program development and design, compensation modeling and forecasting, executive compensation, or international assignments.
- Management Effectiveness (ME) Consultant, Human Resources. Help develop and execute HR strategy at senior levels. Develop and lead organizational effectiveness programs; promote accepted managerial and leadership practices; provide feedback and guidance to project teams; provide an objective perspective on business decisions.
- Business Analyst, Strategic Research. Join this team and get exposure to a group with an international investment focus. Manage web content, gather data and trends about IT, Internet, and communications industries; analyze regulatory activity, mergers and acquisitions, and more. Help define strategies and identify opportunities and potential issues.
