  • Dental Coverage

    Fidelity's dental plan helps eligible employees pay for a variety of dental services (including preventive, basic, major restorative, and orthodontic treatment) performed by a licensed dentist. The dental plan offers an optional Preferred Dental Provider (PDP) feature, which enables employees to take advantage of negotiated rates with select dentists.

  • Disability Coverage

    Fidelity's disability plans provide you with protection for your earnings should you become disabled as defined by the Plan(s). If you are a regular employee who is regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, you are automatically covered under the Short-Term and Core Long-Term Disability Plans as of your first day of active employment. In addition, regular employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are automatically enrolled in the Supplemental Long-Term Disability Plan coverage and premiums will be automatically deducted from each paycheck unless they opt out within 31 days of their hire date.

  • Fitness Reimbursement Program

    Recognizing the importance of fitness as part of a healthy lifestyle, Fidelity offers eligible employees an annual reimbursement for a fitness center membership or a qualified fitness-related expense. Employees may participate in the Fitness Reimbursement Program in addition to receiving any discounts or reimbursements that may be offered by their medical plan.

  • Group Auto & Homeowner's Insurance

    Personal property insurance, including home and auto insurance, is available to eligible employees at group rates through Liberty Mutual® and MetLife Auto & Home®.

  • Group Personal Excess Liability Insurance

    Fidelity offers eligible employees the opportunity to purchase personal excess liability coverage — typically at higher limits and lower group rates — to supplement their basic insurance policies (automobile, homeowners, renters, motorcycle, recreational, or watercraft).

  • Health Advocate

    Health Advocate is a free, confidential program that gives eligible employees and their eligible family members - including your spouse, domestic partner, children, parents and parents-in-law access to benefits and claims specialists who can help answer your questions and assist you with your health care issues.

  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account and Health Care HSA-Compatible Flexible Spending Account

    Contributing to either the Health Care Flexible Spending Account or the Health Care HSA-Compatible Flexible Spending Account allows you to set aside money on a pretax basis to reimburse yourself for certain eligible health care expenses, thereby reducing your taxable income.

  • Health Improvement and Incentive Program

    Fidelity's health improvement and incentive program, provided through RedBrick Health is designed to engage eligible employees and their eligible dependents to take a more active role in managing their health and supporting them as they work to reach their personal health and wellness goals.

  • Life Insurance Coverage

    Fidelity has life insurance coverage to help eligible employees plan for their survivors' financial security. Fidelity automatically provides eligible employees with Core Life Insurance coverage which includes Employee Life Insurance and Dependent Life Insurance, all at no cost to the employee. Fidelity also provides all eligible employees (regardless of hours worked) with Business Travel Accident Insurance at no cost. Employees may also elect to participate in the Variable Life Insurance Plan which consists of Variable Basic coverage, which Fidelity reimburses all or a portion of, and employee-paid Variable Supplemental coverage.

  • Medical Coverage

    Fidelity offers eligible employees a choice of comprehensive coverage options. Eligible employees can enroll in the Fidelity Health Plan, HealthFlex Plan (Preferred Provider Organizations - PPOs), or, in some locations, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). All medical plans provide coverage for a wide range of eligible expenses incurred for medical services, including preventive care, hospitalization, doctor visits, surgery, and emergency care. With the PPOs, you have the flexibility to seek care from an extensive national network of preferred medical providers or from any other provider of your choice. No referrals are necessary.

  • Prescription Drug Coverage

    When you elect coverage under one of the medical coverage options, it includes prescription drug coverage. There are two ways you can purchase prescriptions - through a retail pharmacy or though the mail-order program.

  • Tobacco Cessation Program

    Being a tobacco-free company is consistent with Fidelity’s longstanding commitment to the health and well-being of its employees. To support our associates who use tobacco and would like to quit, the Quit For Life® Program is available to eligible employees and their eligible dependents age 18 and older at no charge. The confidential, tailored program offers proven techniques and individual support.
