Fidelity in the Community

Fidelity's Boston employees participate in many community service groups and activities, including the American Heart Association, Boston Cares, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Community relations programming and outreach is conducted through a company-wide program called Fidelity Cares. Through this program, Fidelity employees participate in more than 100 annual volunteer efforts nationwide and provide other philanthropic support to hundreds of non-profit organizations.

Photo above - Fidelity's Staffing team volunteered at the Boston Food Bank to unload, sort, and package over 8,000 lbs of food that is then distributed to food pantries and homeless shelters. Their efforts ensured that 5,040 men, women, and children seeking emergency food assistance will have a meal.
