Investor Center opportunities include:
- Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager: This role leads the branch to acquire and drive business opportunities in the local market by building a strong sales and service team that can drive revenue opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will develop local marketing efforts and implement national initiatives to grow business through in-branch customer contact, seminars, lead utilization, and local marketing. This role also manages all operational activities, including supervision of local risk and compliance issues.
- Branch Service Manager: This position is responsible for all operational activities of the branch, including, but not limited to: driving scale and profitability through operational efficiencies, management of branch infrastructure, and organizing and leading branch processing efforts. The Branch Service Manager also identifies strategic opportunities for the branch and participates in projects beyond the local market, acting as a leader within their peer group and within the Market/Division.
- VP/Senior Account Executive, Private Access: This role leads a small team of experienced representatives to establish long-term relationships with our Private Access clients. The VP/Senior Account Executive retains, strengthens, and develops relationships with high net worth clients, and works with multiple business partners to develop long-term strategies.
- Private Access Relationship Manager: This role works with one or more Senior Account Executives to drive customer retention and meet often complex trading requirements. The Relationship Manager will work closely with Senior Account Executives and engage in strategic discussions around client needs, including asset allocation and analysis.
- Private Access Client Services Specialist: The Private Access Client Service Specialist works with private access customers who are designated to a Senior Account Executive. The Private Access Client Service Specialist provides customer service, sales, and operational support to the Senior Account Executive.
- Regional Consultant: The Regional Consultant is responsible for driving rollover and acquisition of new customers and new assets from new customers. This position also creates opportunities in their local marketplace and develops relationships with companies, institutions, organizations, etc. The consultant also acts as a key point person for internal business partners. The Regional Consultant also works on general market development opportunities.
- Financial Planning Consultant: This position sells the full range of Fidelity products and services by addressing individual client needs and building strong relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction. The Financial Planning Consultant initiates customer relationships through prospecting, lead utilization, referrals, and local market development efforts. These consultants are also responsible for driving face-to-face customer appointments and interactions in the branch, and identifying, executing, and following up on opportunities. They introduce clients to investment strategies and help them develop short- and long-term financial plans.
- Investments Representative: The Investments Representative deals one-on-one with customers on a broad range of investment issues. The Investments Representative is supported by our innovative technology, a wide variety of investment products, and a dedicated management team. This position also participates in branch seminars and sales campaigns, works with reactive and proactive sales contacts, and partners with Financial Planning Consultants on client/prospect business opportunities.
- Financial Representative: This position acts as a liaison between the customer and Fidelity to resolve service issues. Financial Representatives help drive customer experience to high levels, work with the brokerage and shareholder systems, and work with other departments within Fidelity. Through face-to-face contact and proactive outbound calling, Financial Representatives introduce potential clients to the full array of Fidelity products.
