• Customer Service Associates (Full-Time) - In this role, you will provide comprehensive benefit services for our valued clients in the area of Health & Insurance and be responsible for communicating with our customers and resolving their questions thru first call problem resolution, processing their requests, and develop customer relationships.  Previous customer service in an inbound call center is beneficial.
• Customer Service Associates (Part-Time) - In this role, you will provide comprehensive benefit services for our valued clients in the area of Health & Insurance and be responsible for communicating with our customers and resolving their questions thru first call problem resolution, processing their requests, and develop customer relationships.  Previous customer service in an inbound call center is beneficial.
• Pension Analyst - Lead multiple projects within the context of a program for the Defined Benefit and Health & Welfare practice to facilitate the cross product implement solutions to address our clients' benefit plans' requirements Strong analytical and problem solving skills, previous Defined Benefits or Health & Welfare experience preferred.
• Pension Benefit Consultant - Defined Benefit Plan expert for Implementation and Corporate Action projects.  5+ years of Defined Benefits experience with a variety of DB plan formulas/provisions such as Final/Career Average Earnings, Pension Equity (PEP), 415 (b), QDROs; and PPA 
• Operations Director - Daily management of the associates supporting existing Fidelity clients as well as the continual development of associates to create and maintain a highly effective team.  10 + years of experience managing operations teams, Health and Welfare domain knowledge.

From the intersection of University and Rio Bravo, travel two miles up the hill. You will pass two large snake sculptures in the median along the way. Once you turn the first corner, you can see Fidelity at the top of the hill on the left. At two miles, take the first left onto Crick Avenue. Take the first left onto Turing Drive. We currently employ approximately 350 people in Albuquerque and will continue to grow the operation over the coming years. The majority of these positions will be in customer and client services, operations, and project management to support the defined benefit, health and welfare, and human resources services that Fidelity provides to corporate clients.
