Opportunities in this area include:
- HR Service Associate. In this role you will provide comprehensive benefit services for our valued clients in the area of Health & Insurance and/or Payroll. Using leading-edge technology, you will respond to inquiries, develop and maintain customer relationships and deliver timely problem resolution.
We expect to employ approximately 300 people in Albuquerque by the end of 2008. The majority of these positions will be in customer and client services to support the payroll, health and welfare, and human resources services that Fidelity provides to corporate clients.
We will begin establishing operations in the summer of 2008 at the University of New Mexico-owned Lockheed-Martin building. Later this year, operations will move to a newly constructed facility at the northern edge of Mesa del Sol.
