Multiple Opportunities in this area include:
  • HR Service Associate. Using leading-edge technology, you will respond to inquiries, develop and maintain customer relationships and deliver timely problem resolution.
  • Data Processing Manager and Analysts. Be part of a new team interacting with clients to resolve and develop action plans to address data or systems related issues.
  • Project Managers. Assist with and manage multiple projects to support Health & Welfare and/or Payroll clients. Need 3-5 years of project management experience and/or PMP certification
  • Process Documentation Managers and Specialists. Design and develop documentation to support training efforts and client processes and protocols. Need 3 or more years with documentation experience, previous experience with authoring and content management tools, and six sigma methodology preferred.
Overview

We currently employ approximately 300 people in Albuquerque and will be adding another 200 by the end of 2009. The majority of these positions will be in customer and client services, operations, data processing, project management and process documentation to support the payroll, health and welfare, and human resources services that Fidelity provides to corporate clients.

Fidelity in the Community

Fidelity's Albuquerque employees participate in many community service groups and activities, including the American Heart Association, United Blood Services, Road Runner Food Services, All Faith Receiving Home Toy Drive and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Community relations programming and outreach is conducted through a company-wide program called Fidelity Cares. Through this program, Fidelity employees participate in more than 100 annual volunteer efforts nationwide and provide other philanthropic support to hundreds of non-profit organizations.
