Fidelity's Smithfield campus is located in scenic Rhode Island, close to the city of Providence and about 45 minutes' drive from Boston. As our Smithfield campus continues to grow, now with a new 550,000 square foot state of the art facility that joins two others on campus. We're looking for candidates at all levels in the following career areas:

Client and Customer Service - involves interacting with Fidelity customers either in a financial services center or branch office environment
Video
Technology - including software engineering, database administration, systems testing, and more
Video
Operations - provides clients with a seamless experience by developing superior processes and procedures
Finance and Accounting - includes financial and tax analysis, fund accounting, and treasury positions
Investment Support and Trading - includes investment management, investment support, and brokerage positions
Relationship Management and Sales - are the voice and face of Fidelity to our customers, intermediaries and advisors.
Marketing, Advertising, Media and Communications - communicate the Fidelity brand to our customers and find innovative ways to build marketplace awareness.

Fidelity in the Community

Smithfield employees participate in a variety of community service groups and activities, including Reading Across Rhode Island, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Adopt-a-Family, and the American Cancer Society.

Community relations programming and outreach is conducted through a company-wide program called Fidelity Cares. Through this program, Fidelity employees participate in more than 100 annual volunteer efforts nationwide and provide other philanthropic support to hundreds of non-profit organizations.
