Fidelity Cares, After 5 Program — Last year, Fidelity employees contributed over 30,000
hours to working with nonprofit organizations across the country to help support local
communities. Whatever your interests—education, literacy, homelessness, or health care
issues—we can help you find a volunteer opportunity that matches your passion.

Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund^SM — Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund was established with the
mission of providing programs that make charitable giving simple and effective. Fidelity offers
an employee-match program, matching gifts to accredited schools, colleges, and universities,
while the Gift Fund offers reduced account minimums to employees.

Fidelity FutureStage^®, Fidelity’s signature arts education program, was created in 2006 by Fidelity Investments to support arts education in local communities. The program grew from Fidelity's long-standing commitment to arts and its support of many of the nation’s leading symphonies, Broadway productions and community arts organizations.

Environmental stewardship — Fidelity has a history of establishing and maintaining high
standards of environmental responsibility.

• A member of the U.S. Green Building Council, we are leading the charge for eco-friendly
  building design, including best practices in energy and water conservation, recycling,
  atmospheric emissions, and waste and land management.
• Fidelity recycles more than 3 million pounds of paper each year in the New England region.
• Fidelity’s focus on energy efficency has resulted in savings of 40 million kilowatt-hours of
  electricity since 2002—a reduction in greenhouse gases equivalent to removing 4,800 cars
  from the road or planting 7,600 acres of forest.
