Walk on: Members of the Fidelity Heart Walk team get ready to start the walk on March 14 in Albuquerque. Team Fidelity was the second highest corporate fundraiser in Albuquerque, raising more than $7,000.

Boston

Packaging Food: Fidelity's Staffing team volunteered at the Boston Food Bank to unload, sort, and package over 8,000 lbs of food that is then distributed to food pantries and homeless shelters. Their efforts ensured that 5,040 men, women, and children seeking emergency food assistance will have a meal.  

Midwest

Marathon memories: A group of 470 people took to the streets, raising more than $42,000 in support of heart disease and stroke research, education and advocacy at the American Heart Association's Annual Heart Mini Marathon.

Jacksonville

Spring cleaning: Two dozen Fidelity Cares volunteers took part in the 14th Annual St. Johns River Cleanup, protecting the city's most precious resource by picking up debris along the river. (Left to right) Mair Lewis, Rich Wadsworth, George Schroeder and Mike Fiore.

Marlborough

Glad to give: More than 60 employees donated blood during Fidelity's on-site blood drive in May. Dennis Martens, principal database administrator in PWI, took time out of his day to give the gift that's always needed.

New Hampshire

Three cheers for literacy: Bakersville Elementary School students learned at a literacy pep rally that they'd each receive seven new books, a donation totaling more than $5,000, courtesy of Fidelity. Partial funding was made possible through employee sales from a 2008 campus Scholastic Book Fair.

North Carolina

Rhode Island

Packaging petals: OSG associates Chrissy Branquinho and Andrea Paiva pose with a friend while packaging Daffodil Days orders. More than $17,000 was collected by Fidelity associates in Rhode Island during the 2009 Daffodil Days campaign, supporting the American Cancer Society.

Texas

Hunger help: Need is constant at the North Texas Food Bank, so the donation presented on behalf of Fidelity's Texas associates following the Holiday Party is already helping to fight hunger in the area.

Utah

Grin and bear it: Western region Corporate Security distributed bears to law enforcement agencies and fire departments in the Salt Lake and Utah County area. About 3,200 bears were donated by Fidelity employees to children.
