Where community matters

With a long tradition of community service in the neighborhoods where we work and live, Fidelity is committed to making a difference in the Boston area. The Fidelity Cares® program brings this to life with a primary focus on employee volunteer opportunities that help provide students and families with an educational foundation to attain personal and financial success.

In Boston, Fidelity volunteers have worked to help improve student achievement for low-income children through a longtime partnership with Citizen Schools. All told, Fidelity employees have impacted the lives of more than 2,500 students by volunteering with Citizen Schools across our regions for more than 15 years.
