Where community matters

With a long tradition of community service in the neighborhoods where we work and live, Fidelity is committed to making a difference in the New York City area. The Fidelity Cares® program brings this to life with a primary focus on employee volunteer opportunities that help provide students and families with an educational foundation to attain personal and financial success.

Aimed at teaching the importance of the life sciences to the next generation, Fidelity employees in NYC volunteered their time to help the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester develop a food gardening program in preparation for a sustainable greenhouse, also donated by Fidelity. More than 80 volunteers from our New York City office commemorated 9/11 Victims through a Day of Service by helping to renovate a local school playground in order to get students excited about their learning environment.
