BELONG INCLUSION PROGRAMS

A 10-week internship program for rising college seniors that identify as Black, Latinx and/or Native American that provides exposure to Fidelity’s work and culture in a supported way with a focus on providing meaningful career experience. Internship opportunities exist within finance, human resources, customer service, and technology.

JOIN OUR TALENT NETWORK

10-week summer internship program for rising juniors that harnesses the power of intersectionality and immersive learning to help students develop the critical skills necessary for a successful career in investment research. Includes classroom-based training, mentorship, and rotations across all of Asset Management’s investment research divisions, including Equity, Fixed Income, High Income, and more.

JOIN OUR TALENT NETWORK

A 10-week internship program for individuals with various disabilities that provides professional work experience in an inclusive environment and exposure to Fidelity’s work and culture. As a part of this program, you will work in partnership with our Enable affinity group. Internship opportunities exist within finance, operations or business support, and technology.

JOIN OUR TALENT NETWORK

An internship program for rising college seniors that identify as LGBTQ+ that provides exposure to Fidelity’s work and culture in a supported way with a focus on providing meaningful career experience. As a part of this program, you will work in partnership with our Pride affinity group. Internship opportunities exist within finance, human resources, customer service, and technology.

A return-to-work program designed for individuals who have taken a 2+ year intentional career break. Cohort-based model that allows people to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals.

OUR AFFINITY GROUPS PROVIDE A MODEL FOR INCLUSION AT FIDELITY.

Our Belong Inclusion Programs are often directly connected to our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Special Interest Groups (SIGs). These are self-organized groups of Fidelity employees who have common interests relating to areas such as race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, or share an affinity based on similar experiences. While they may have a specific focus area or community, these groups are open to all associates to participate and learn from each other.
