OUR AFFINITY GROUPS PROVIDE A MODEL FOR INCLUSION AT FIDELITY.
Our Belong Inclusion Programs are often directly connected to our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Special Interest Groups (SIGs). These are self-organized groups of Fidelity employees who have common interests relating to areas such as race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, or share an affinity based on similar experiences. While they may have a specific focus area or community, these groups are open to all associates to participate and learn from each other.
