Your responsibilities may include any of the following areas:

  • Act as a liaison between business units
  • Leverage available resources to meet daily service targets, improve customer satisfaction, support projects in alignment with company direction
  • Ensure that the operational services provided to clients meet their needs, meet internal and external service level agreements, and are delivered in a quality manner
  • Consult to individual and corporate customers.

Qualifications desired:

  • Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills
  • Sound decision-making ability and risk management skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Effective organizational, time management, facilitation and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate and practice excellent written and oral communication skills
