The Expertise We’re Looking For:
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
Experience analysing workflows and identifying opportunities to design and implement test automation.
Deep understanding of ETL testing including source to target reconciliation and transformation logic validation to ensure data integrity
Good programming skills in Java, Python or any object-oriented language with ability to build custom test automation frameworks as needed
Experience working with cucumber or any BDD tool for designing clear, maintainable and business readable test scenarios
Experience with Oracle and Snowflake databases including advanced SQL skills for data validations
Familiarity with JIRA, Xray to ensure traceability and audit compliance.
Experience working on CI/CD pipelines and implementing quality gates in deployment pipelines is a plus
Familiarity with ICEDQ or similar data testing platforms is a plus
Knowledge of big data technologies including Apache Spark and EMR in a distributed data environment is a plus
Experience of working within an agile development environment.

You will work within an exciting, dynamic Tax Services environment and be responsible for supporting client inquiries, maintaining, and providing accurate cost basis and gain/loss information on tax forms and client channels. The global Cost Basis Service team receives systematic service requests and telephone calls to support the tracking of cost basis information, which is necessary to accurately report information on IRS form 1099 for retail, institutional, advisory firm, and correspondent broker dealer customers.
Cost basis is the original value of an asset for tax purposes, adjusted for stock splits, dividends and return of capital distributions. This value is used to determine capital gains and losses.
