Diversity and inclusion
Bring your whole self to work
We believe that when you work in an environment that encourages you to be you, it creates a diverse and supportive culture that helps us better connect with each other and the communities we serve.
Our progress toward supporting an inclusive culture
In 2021, Fidelity Ireland first earned the Investors in Diversity bronze award from the Irish Centre for Diversity. After earning silver in 2022, we achieved gold in 2023, demonstrating our steady growth towards a more diverse workplace.

Employee groups celebrate our identities and interests
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and communities of practice are a powerful form of engagement and development for our associates and make a large impact on the business. Cultural inclusion is at the heart of what these groups want to achieve, and this can be seen in the wide variety of culture and community groups led by the associates.
