Job Title : Lead - Software Engineering
We are looking for a dynamic and highly talented and motivated individual to play a lead developer role on our Fidelity participant record keeping systemin workplace investing (FPRS in WI). The role primarily requires hands on development and design. General ability to learn quickly, explore, analyze and to work through others is expected.
The Purpose of Your Role
The Lead Software Engineer with expertise and experience in designing and developing applications including new developments, enhancements, maintenance and support. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of requirements, following Fidelity best practices / methodologies, thorough understanding of the technology roadmap, advancement to design / development process and providing on-call production support on rotation basis.

- Be able to focus on strong technical experience to ensure software product development is delivered on time and of the highest quality.

- You know C++, .Net, .Net Core, C# Languages
- You know Object Oriented design and have a sound development skills.
- You know to work with new CLOUD technologies and have some experience on Public clouds like AZURE or AWS.
- You have passion for technology and the financial domain with demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- You know Web Services (SOAP, REST).
- You know Multithreading and Java design patterns
- You know SQL proficiency (Oracle experience preferred)
- You know Unix and Shell scripting basics
- You know Unit Testing
- You know Job Scheduling Technologies
- You know Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
- You know Acceptance test-driven development a plus.
- You know ORM Tools (iBatis, Hibernate)
- You know Core Java, Servlets/JSP/EJB, Spring- preferred
- You are Delivery focus with the ability to take full ownership
- You are Strong commitment to quality, documentation and engineering excellence
- You are Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and adaptability
