Job Description:

The BPM Implementation Specialist is a hands-on technical role that works across multiple Fidelity business units to automate, digitize, and transform their operational environments. As part of Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Business Partner Solutions Tribe, you will design and implement the solutions for our customer’s business process & workflow, automation, and integration needs. You will then lead the technical implementation utilizing the APS Olympus Platform.

The Expertise You Have

 

  • 5-7 years of proven programming background in Java or Groovy. Hands on experience in building webservices, RESTful api, Spring etc., Knowledge of aws is desired

  • Strong understanding of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Design principals

  • 3-5 years of JavaScript and building user interfaces. Knowledge or exposure to form.io desired

  • Knowledge or exposure to implementing BPM solutions using one of the top BPM products (preferably Camunda)

  • Experience in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects and working closely with business and operations teams

  • Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Design leads to implement robust automation solutions

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology

  • Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Computer Science or Information Technology or comparable experience

  • Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus
