Implementation Lead – LEAP & FidelityMADE

The Role

As part of the Enterprise-wide Technology Talent programs, this role will be the implementation lead for the LEAP and FidelityMADE programs.

  • Lead multiple results, across multiple programs, for the successful delivery of the programs.
  • Manage end-to-end vendor activities including the development of training schedules and calendars, processing of all POs and SOWs, resolving any vendor issues. May prioritize team input and meetings for any vendor meetings, bids or program changes. Provides SOW data needed throughout the year and for the budget process.
  • Develop and execute the orientation schedule for the LEAP program twice per year, and ofr FidelityMADE. Modify orientation NovoEd. Orientation includes scheduling guest speakers, creating the NovoEd build with the schedule, creating and running the zoom sessions, executing surveys and actions for continuous program improvements.
  • Manage associate communication prior to, during and after program. Create new communication as needed or based upon continuous improvements.
  • Manage communication with FREC for US regional delivery model.
  • Manage all current and new operational work in JIRA.
  • Manage the program Forecast process and all partner training and communication of data housed in LeapDB (database.) Work within the team on any enhancements needed for LeapDB. Work closely with Talent Acquisition on changes to forecast and associate information.
  • Communication with multiple Business Units at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Oversight and leadership of the Certified Interview program, management of relationship with Talent Acquisition, can assignment process for technical interns.
  • May manage work direction of a contingent headcount that supports operations and implementation.
  • Contributes to building the learner experience (NovoEd) for all curriculums and full ownership of the development of the Orientation NovoEd experience. Contribute to visual design, quality checks and testing of the builds.
  • Lead communication with the Alumni networks of the programs.
  • Lead professional development sessions or arrange speakers for program.
  • Manage whole-group processes such as the Workday mass-change for BU placement, EI equipment and myAccess for new associates, etc
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across different technologies, tapping into team and organizational resources as needed.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to pay attention to details and timelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation skills, to engage our associates and your team as an ambassador of our programs and Fidelity.
  • Communication and marketing experience with ability to build engaging communications and resources.
  • Proactive and effective problem solver, who is self-motivated and passionate about continuous improvement.
  • High degree of independence, ownership, and accountability. Experience driving improvements in streamlining processes.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to the work and positive relationship management with multiple team members, peers, external partners, internal partners and all levels of associates and management.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience coordinating sophisticated programs, events, and projects and 3+ years of experience with a learning management system (LMS) or platform.

The Team

You work as part of a distributed team using agile practices to support both operations and new development work of two key talent programs. The team runs multiple learning programs throughout the year with many concurrent activities between programs. LEAP and FideltyMADE programs are offered in the US, India, Ireland and Dalian.
