As a Senior Digital Experience Analyst within the Investment Data Management & Web Experience team, you will blend a passion for investments and data with a focus on providing an outstanding web experience to our customers! Many Fidelity customers use our product library pages and research tools across Fidelity.com, Net Benefits, and Plan Sponsor Workstation for critical information they need to make informed retirement planning decisions. The web applications receive over 13 million page views per month and are used across Personal and Workplace Investing. This role is Boston, MA or Merrimack, NH based.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 3-5+ years financial services related experience
  • Knowledge of Fidelity product offerings
  • User experience design and current web technology trends
  • Understanding of Fidelity Agile framework and ability to create Jira stories
  • Handle multiple priorities concurrently, prioritize accordingly, work independently, and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Passion for web page design and customer digital experiences
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and customers

The Value You Deliver

  • Main point of contact to triage, analyze, and communicate web page incidents; pursue swift issue resolution
  • Drive enhancement requirements, technical solution review, business acceptance testing, and implementation coordination; solicit ideas for new content to feature
  • Focus on data quality; administer web data validation testing
  • Oversight of the on-line factsheet creation and delivery
  • Ensure accurate and timely product launch and change support; solicit input on ideal product positioning to customers
  • Ensure product web page content is legally approved; own disclosure and glossary updates
  • Participate in web usage, management, and scorecard metrics reporting routines

The Team

The Trust Services and Investment Data, within the Workplace Investing (WI) Client and FinOps Services organization, provides support to the Fidelity Management Trust Co. (FMTC), providing Trust and custodial services to defined benefit and defined contribution plans, including custom fund administration, custodial capabilities through 3rd party service providers, trust oversight of proprietary FMTC investment products; client services and administration for custom funds and is responsible for the investment data processing presented on Fidelity.com and Net Benefits. As member of this team with dynamic strengths, you will develop and maintain strong working relationships providing daily oversight, providing timely awareness of key risks, issues, results, and metrics. Your work and creativity will help the team to service and provide solutions to new and existing business and assist in growing our custom fund administration offerings and platforms.
