The Role

The Marketing Technology team is looking for a Director of Marketing Automation to designing innovative solutions leveraging cloud technologies. In this role, you will work with business partners to understanding their needs, translate those needs into innovative solutions with technical requirements that can be seamlessly integrated with our Marketing Stack, and track the effectiveness of those solutions.

 The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Experience in solutioning and developing Martech strategies for Financial Service B2B and B2C organizations focusing on measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise related to connecting data ecosystems to develop fully integrated cross-channel journeys
  • Ability to architect lead lifecycle journeys with Salesforce, marketing automation, and predictive intelligence technologies to increase B2B organizations leads pipeline and improve client experiences
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, customer data platforms, and Dataroma.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing tech applications. Ability to work comfortably in Agile methodology
  • Understanding of industry best practices related to digital customer experiences, including integrated customer journeys
  • Proficiency in implementing complex digital programs leveraging cloud-based technology
  • Strong, confident presenter and communicator
  • Thinks Independently: Provides creative solutions to objections/problems.
  • Drives/Challenges Issues: Digs deep to get to the root of each issue. Drives assigned tasks, constantly challenging mediocrity and complacency. Takes the initiative and full ownership of projects. Meets deadlines

The Marketing Technology team focuses on designing and implementing capabilities and experiences that bring customer strategies to life. Technically creative and nimble, this team is known for creating innovative user-friendly solutions based on complex business requirements from business stakeholders across the organization.
