Code of Ethics for Personal Investing

Every associate has a responsibility to protect the firm and avoid any conflicts of interest. To help you do that, you need to review Fidelity’s Code of Ethics for Personal Investing

Steps you’ll need to take:

  • Acknowledge that you are aware of the Rules for Personal Investing within 10 days of hire
  • Disclose all accounts for you and your covered persons* within 10 days of hire
    • Provide a recent account statement showing the holdings in the account(s)
  • Transfer your accounts to Fidelity if asked to do so by the Ethics Office
  • Apply for an exception if you or a covered person has an account that is non-transferable
  • Pre-clear trades in covered securities* using the Global Pre-Clearance System if you are designated as a Fund Access employee.

If you have any questions about the requirements you can call the Fidelity Ethics Office at 800-580-8780 (M-F 8:30AM- 5:30PM ET).
