Fidelity strives to be respectful of our employees' need to find time to fulfill their professional and personal responsibilities. Our programs include:
If you are an eligible employee with at least one year of service, you can be reimbursed for up to $5,000 of certain eligible expenses incurred during the course of a legal adoption of a child under 18.
For times when your regular provider is unable to care for your child or elder, backup dependent care is available at a reduced cost.
This program allows regular eligible employees to use pre-tax money to reimburse themselves for their eligible commuter transit and commuter parking expenses.
If you are an active, eligible employee with at least six months of service, you can be reimbursed 20% of the cost, up to $2,000, for the purchase of a personal computer and related equipment once every three years.
Through LesConcierges, eligible employees can delegate tasks on their personal to-do lists. LesConcierges can help plan vacations, find home repair referrals, and handle similar personal services to help you balance the demands of work and home.
Contributing to the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to reimburse yourself for eligible child or elder care expenses incurred for the care of your eligible dependents so that you (and your spouse, if you are married) can work.
The EAP is a free, confidential program that's available 24 hours a day. It's designed to help eligible employees and their eligible dependents manage a wide variety of personal issues ranging from career and family concerns to substance abuse.
If you are an eligible employee, you can get discounts on popular products and services from over 100 participating merchants through the Corporate Perks website.
Employees welcoming a child through birth, adoption or fostering are encouraged to take time away to bond with their new family. Employees who give birth can take 16 weeks of fully paid Maternity Leave. Associates with a spouse/partner that gives birth, or who are adopting or fostering a child can take 6 weeks of fully paid Parental Leave.
Eligible employees can visit a local on-site Fidelity Health & Wellness Center, managed by Premise Health, for a variety of preventive and symptom care, including screening and laboratory services. Centers are located in Boston, as well as the New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, and Midwest regions.
Through this innovative new program, eligible employees will be able to use a Fidelity contribution of up to $10,000 (lifetime maximum) to pay down student loan debt faster and save on interest. An interactive website will also let associates see if they can save money through cost-effective repayment strategies and potential refinancing options, even if they won’t be eligible for the Fidelity contribution.
Under the Tuition Reimbursement Program, eligible employees with at least six months of service before enrolling in a course and their manager's approval may apply for reimbursement of 90% of certain costs (up to $10,000 per year) associated with courses at an accredited college or university that are work-related or part of a work-related degree or certification program.
