Provide independent audit services to Fidelity and seek to protect the interests of our business, associates, and Fidelity's brand.
Risk and compliance
Proactively identify and monitor risks by providing input to the management and supporting new business initiatives through risk management, while promoting a strong culture of compliance.
Procurement
Manage the procurement process end to end by facilitating smart purchasing decisions, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing our strategic travel policy.
Real estate
Manage our real estate portfolio across Bengaluru and Chennai by developing and enabling smart workspaces with world-class facilities and amenities and providing other associate services, including cafeteria management, transport, and more.
Legal
Advise the management and business teams on legal and compliance matters, manage the corporate governance program and the Indian Companies Act requirements, and provide litigation management.
Finance
Guide business-critical decisions and drive the planning process for the regional and business teams, including budgeting and forecasting. Provide controllership and tax functions.

Ensure a safe and secure environment for associates, clients, and our assets. Provide first-responder services onsite and manage the reporting process for whistleblowers.
