Fidelity Business Services India Pvt. Ltd. (FBSI) is a global capability center (GCC) providing services to FMR LLC and its affiliates (FMR) in the US. The word ‘customer(s)’ mentioned on this website in some places refers to the end customers of FMR US.

Fidelity Business Services India (FBSI) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Pinehurst, Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Off Intermediate Ring Road, Bengaluru 560 071, India (“Company”) is part of the group of companies commonly known as ‘Fidelity Investments’ and is the authorized user of Fidelity’s trademarks and logo in India.

FBSI’s parent company, FMR LLC, which is domiciled in the United States of America, is the absolute owner of the domain www.fidelity.com.

It has come to the Company’s attention that some unscrupulous persons / firms / establishments (“Unscrupulous Entities”) are attempting to deceive the general public (“General Public”) by carrying on business using the same or  similar  trademarks, logos, and/or deceptively similar websites as those used by the Company and Fidelity Investments, thereby attempting to impersonate, or create false association with, the Company and/or Fidelity Investments.  
The Company has received reports that some Unscrupulous Entities are also using Fidelity’s trademark and logo on various social media and other platforms to commit financial fraud against unsuspecting members of the General Public by, among others:

1. issuing false advertisements, and offering fraudulent loans and investment schemes, to individuals or the General Public at large.  The Company has published notices in newspapers, cautioning the General Public not to be misled by such false representations. Cautionary Note

1. Neither Company nor Fidelity Investments provides investment services in India, and the General Public is cautioned against investing in investment schemes purportedly issued by or associated with the Company or Fidelity Investments or that otherwise use a Fidelity Investments trademark or logo.
2. Neither the Company nor Fidelity Investments requests payment of fees /money in connection with applying for or obtaining employment with the Company and/or Fidelity Investments, and the General Public is cautioned against making any payment for any job offers purporting to be for positions with the Company and/or Fidelity Investments.  Details of the current job opportunities with Fidelity, and information on how to apply for those opportunities, are available on https://jobs.fidelity.com/in/.
3. The General Public is also hereby cautioned that neither the Company nor Fidelity Investments is responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage that may be caused to the General Public because of their dealings with Unscrupulous Entities.
