Transaction processing

Client implementations
Support business partners as they onboard new clients onto Fidelity’s platforms using domain expertise, platform knowledge, business understanding, and project management skills.
Performance delivery
Conduct service model assessments to drive business improvements aimed at reducing cost, transforming organizational operating models, and improving quality.
Automation
Implement robotic process automation (RPA) and other methods to automate transactional experiences that have traditionally been done manually.
Product management
Lead cross-functional agile teams and partner with technology associates to deliver new products and transform existing platforms.
