Fidelity LEAP is a paid career development program designed for recent or upcoming college grads pursuing a technology degree. Through immersive, high-impact learning experiences, you'll practice your skills with a full-time role waiting for you upon completion.

Software engineers
Program length: 20 weeks
Build core software engineering capabilities in web and application development and gain a broad knowledge of key components in the end-to-end build experience.

Program length: 20 weeks
Design and build systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing data at scale. Create data pipelines to organize raw data into structures for users and applications.

Every LEAP participant gets paired with a technical coach and receives mentoring as they proceed through the program.
