About our program

A cohort-based development program that bridges you from campus to career, with an immersive technology onboarding and challenging rotations designed to give you direct business exposure and find the right match for your career in tech.

  • Initial concentrated cohort-based onboarding
  • Two in-depth business rotations

We offer two roles as the entry point into the Leap program. Both provide direct experience working on Fidelity technology projects with structured mentorship—apply to the role that best aligns with where you aim to take your career.

Software engineer

What you’ll do
You will work on real projects – contribute to high-impact work that directly advances the company's most important strategic priorities and business outcomes. Gain experience across the full software development lifecycle, using both LLMs and modern programming languages like Angular and Java.

What you’ll do
