Through our Fidelity Cares programme, which consists of a range of volunteer opportunities, educational programmes, donations, and fundraisers, we empower our associates to inspire better futures and to have a long-term, positive impact in the communities where they live and work.

Education and employability
Fidelity Ireland supports or sponsors a number of local programmes to improve access to education and accelerate STEAM learning.
Sustainability
Through our company policy, building operations, and real estate design, Fidelity is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our business. Associates in Ireland participate through our IMPACT special interest group and sustainability workshops provided in partnership with Voice Ireland, volunteering their time to grow and harvest produce at a local Fidelity sponsored community garden.
