Building connections through inclusive experiences
Fidelity’s Associate Business Resource Groups (ABRGs) are affinity groups that create alignment with the company’s business objectives. ABRGs remain open to all associates. These groups are key drivers of inclusion at Fidelity, connecting associates through shared experiences and interests. Nearly half of all Fidelity associates are members of at least one ABRG.

Our regional, associate-led groups and communities of practice reflect the unique culture of Fidelity Ireland. They provide inclusive, cross-functional spaces where associates can explore their interests beyond their day-to-day roles, build connections, and support one another through meaningful engagement, learning, and development.
