Building connections through inclusive experiences
Fidelity’s Associate Business Resource Groups (ABRGs) are affinity groups that create alignment with the company’s business objectives. ABRGs remain open to all associates. These groups are key drivers of inclusion at Fidelity, connecting associates through shared experiences and interests. Nearly half of all Fidelity associates are members of at least one ABRG.

Each Associate Business Resource Group (ABRG) is a voluntary employee-led group with a mission of fostering a truly inclusive culture. They are designed to support members through opportunities related to career and leadership development, community engagement, and cultural experiences and actively work to make a difference at Fidelity.

We create volunteer opportunities for our associates in the communities Fidelity serves. Fidelity Cares®, our employee volunteer program, leverages the collective passion and knowledge of our associates to uncover and help solve pressing local and regional needs.
