Boundless high school opportunities
Summit
A career discovery event meant to open the minds of female high school students to discover the vast array of opportunities in financial services and at Fidelity.

Job shadow
The job shadow program is designed for female high school students and provides an opportunity to learn more about what life at Fidelity is like by shadowing a Fidelity associate in one of our offices to learn about them and their role.

Internships
The high school internship program is a 5-week long program providing a meaningful experience to female students to help you learn about a possible future career in financial services.

Job shadow
The job shadow is designed for female college students and provides an opportunity to learn more about what life at Fidelity is like by shadowing a Fidelity associate virtually to learn about their experiences and their role.
Applications for 2026 are now closed
Mentor program
Female college students get paired with a Fidelity associate to discuss work experiences, ask for advice, and gain knowledge about career possibilities in this one-on-one mentor relationship. This is a virtual offering.
Applications will open in Spring 2026
Internships
For college students to gain relevant work experience, build their resume and participate in personal and career development.

FidHacks hackathon
FidHacks is a hackathon for first-year college students dedicated to encouraging and supporting women in technology. The events are open to all first-year students enrolled full-time in college or university. During the hackathon, you will be paired with like-minded students to solve hacking problems and experience our culture firsthand. Accepted students have the opportunity to interview on-site for an early offer for a technology internship for summer 2027.
