The Purpose of This Role
As a Software Engineer in Architecture Technology Foundation of AM Tech India you will play an important role in integrating cloud-hosted solutions for Asset Management. You will be accountable for building services, frameworks, and Agentic SDLC platforms for Next Gen Engineering enablement capabilities

The Skills that are Key to this role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as Lang Graph, Lang Chain, AWS Strands, or equivalent agent orchestration platforms.
- Develop agent capabilities including planning, reasoning, agent memory, tool-calling, workflow orchestration, and context management.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions leveraging vector databases, embeddings, vectorization, and knowledge retrieval architectures.
- Create and maintain skills libraries, instruction files/system prompts, reusable agent templates, and agent governance frameworks to improve agent effectiveness and consistency.
- Establish best practices for token optimization, context window management, prompt compression, caching strategies, and cost-efficient AI inference.
- Define and implement model evaluation, benchmarking, experimentation, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Enable observability, tracing, auditability, and monitoring of Agentic workflows to ensure reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Integrate AI agents with developer tools, enterprise platforms, APIs, and engineering systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building enterprise AI assistants, coding agents, AI copilots, or software engineering productivity platforms. Knowledge of AI governance, security, responsible AI, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to drive AI adoption and developer productivity initiatives at scale.
Cloud & Platform Engineering (Good to have )
Strong experience in AWS cloud-native architectures. Hands-on expertise with:
- EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)
- Docker
- API Design and API Management
- Microservices and distributed systems
- Cloud-native application development and deployment
Required Skills & Experience (Must have)

Strong understanding of:

BU Overview –
Asset Management Technology (AMT) supports the Information Technology needs of several investment management organizations within Fidelity Investments, including FMRCo, FIL Investment Management, Pyramis, and Strategic Advisors. There are several technology teams in US / India which work together as a delivery team in providing solutions to the business. ATF (Architecture Technology Foundation) is a technology horizontal for AMT that provides shared technology solution and services by working closely with the IT partner teams and understanding their business requirements.

Shift timings: 11:00 pm - 8:00pm
