Job Title – Senior Specialist, HR Specialty Services
The Purpose of This Role
The SENIOR SPECIALIST, TECHNOLOGY TALENT PROGRAM (LEAP Operations) serves as the primary point of contact for LEAP program training and operational activities in India. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless end‑to‑end execution of LEAP training initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, managing logistics, tracking effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement across learning programs.
The Value You Deliver
- Coordinate end‑to‑end LEAP training programs, including classroom, virtual, blended, and self‑paced learning
- Create and maintain training calendars, schedules, and participant rosters
- Partner with internal SMEs, trainers, vendors, and facilitators to support program delivery
- Manage training logistics, including venues, meeting links, learning materials, tools, and system access
- Communicate training logistics, pre‑reads, and post‑training actions clearly and consistently to participants
- Track and monitor training metrics such as attendance, completion, assessments, and participant feedback
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide leadership visibility into program performance and outcomes
- Manage end‑to‑end logistics for cohort onboarding, including scheduling, resource planning, and site coordination
- Design and roll out surveys to collect participant feedback and proactively recommend process and program improvements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in training coordination, learning operations, or program support Experience working with early‑career or graduate talent programs Strong PC skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong follow‑up discipline Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and quality Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential matters while maintaining trusted working relationships

The LEAP India team is a vital part of the Enterprise Technology (ET) Learning and Development function within the ET HR organization. The team is responsible for end-to-end program management and delivery of the LEAP program in India. LEAP is a global initiative also operating in the U.S. and Ireland.
