Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to support the development of the New Digital Assets Tokenization Platform. The role will focus on implementing reliable data pipelines and data-processing components using Snowflake, AWS and Python.
Working within established architecture and engineering standards, you will collaborate with principal engineers, architects, product owners, and global technology teams to deliver secure and maintainable data solutions.
The Purpose of Your Role
As part of the core engineering team, you will develop and support data capabilities required for digital-asset transaction processing, downstream integrations and analytics.
You will translate approved technical designs into working software, contribute to component-level design decisions, and help ensure that solutions meet requirements for data quality, security, auditability, performance, and operational reliability.

- Develop data ingestion, transformation, and distribution pipelines using Python, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Implement solutions based on established platform architecture and engineering standards.
- Contribute to component-level analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
- Build data validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and exception-handling processes.
- Develop and optimize Snowflake data models, queries, and data-processing workflows.
- Integrate data from internal systems, APIs, files, and event-driven sources.
- Support automated testing, CI/CD, production deployment, and operational readiness.
- Investigate production issues and implement sustainable fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders in India and the United States.
Skills That Are Key to This Role
- Strong hands-on programming experience with Python
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
- Practical experience with Snowflake, including:
- Data ingestion and transformation
- Tables, views, stages, streams, and tasks
- Query tuning and performance optimization
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, IAM etc.
- Experience building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines
- Understanding of data quality, lineage, reconciliation, and audit controls
- Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and evaluate implementation options
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Skills That Are Good to Have
- Experience with event-driven or streaming data pipelines
- Knowledge of Unix and shell scripting
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys, Airflow or Control-M
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with financial services, digital assets, tokenization, or transaction-processing platforms
- Knowledge of blockchain and distributed-ledger concepts
- Understanding of data security and regulatory controls
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- AWS Developer or Solutions Architect Associate certification
- Snowflake certification

Expertise we are looking for
- BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent qualification
- 5–8 years of software or data engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering production data solutions using Python, Snowflake, and AWS
