How we give back

Fidelity Cares®

We create volunteer opportunities for our associates in the communities where they live and work, with a focus on providing access and opportunities for underserved students to encourage saving for the future, investing, and building generational wealth.

Fidelity Charitable®

Since 1991, this independent 501(c)(3) public charity has provided programs that make charitable giving accessible, simple, and effective. It has supported more than 357,000 nonprofit organizations with over $61 billion in grants, making it the nation's top grantmaker.

Investing with impact

We lead by example through our own corporate giving and the charitable programs that we offer to customers.

Putting sustainability into practice

Sustainability is a huge part of being a good neighbor. We embrace the responsibility to reduce the environmental impact of our business, taking a holistic approach to securing a more sustainable future.

Continuing to learn and improve

Our Environmental Sustainability Office focuses on initiatives to minimize consumption, manage resources, and enhance environmental performance.

Reducing what we use

Since 2007, we’ve reduced our landfill waste by 38%. We use 51% less paper, 35% less energy, and 30% less water.*

Creating sustainable spaces

Many offices now feature innovative green roofs, wildlife gardens, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging, composting, chemical-free cleaning, and LEED-certification.
