Job Description:
The Wealthscape Experience Strategy Owner (WESO) is responsible for the user experience strategy across all Wealthscape capabilities and integrations. This role works with Domain and Product Area Leaders to align a strategy that is grounded in a seamless and modern user experience for our customers via a wealth centric digital experience that delivers on strategic outcomes & priorities!
This role is distinct from product ownership and has a broad scope and focus on user empathy and engagement with the Wealthscape platforms and integrated experiences. The role will partner with and influence leaders across IWMS and FI to ensure the user experience strategy aligns with product strategies and that our capabilities work synch. The strategic focus is on the experience our customer firms need, simplifying our operating environment and eliminating artificial boundaries that exist within the platform. The WSEO should be an influential leader to help drive the development and growth of our platform experience.
The Role
We are hiring an experienced leader to own the UX vision and strategy for our Wealthscape Platform for professional users and their end-investors!

We are looking for a Wealthscape Experience Strategy Owner (WESO) who will blend product management, leadership, and user experience expertise with a passion for delivering results and delighting customers.
You will own the UX vision and strategy for our Wealthscape platforms to offer a user experience that brings the best of our capabilities to light for our Custody, Clearing, and Fidelity Family Office Services (FFOS) intermediaries and their clients. You will ensure alignment on 'what' the over-arching user experience should be and work with partners to plan and prioritize. You will keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, as well as market dynamics to ensure our experience meets the needs of the next-generation advisor and firms.

Driving the experience vision, strategy & KPIs for our Platform working with Engineering and other Functional Leaders like UX Design and Research.
- Proactive experience research, analysis and recommendation of new & existing experience strategies that align to our business and capability strategies and add to our competitive strengths.
- Leverage data to help drive the right enhanced integrated experiences for customers.
- Roadmap management: Manage approved Initiatives through an integrated roadmap across the platform.
- Continuous socialization & communication of the experience vision & roadmap with key stakeholders
- Overall Wealthscape Experience Governance: Sponsor and oversee all digital experiences that are part of Wealthscape and give stakeholder approval for all integrated experiences.
- Breakdown, prioritize, plan, and complete delivery Initiatives (i.e., Strategic, Enhancement, C&M), that have been approved by IWMS leadership, for their respective group of products, resulting in an integrated Product Roadmap
- Define, track and achieve all experience related KPIs, including an experience scorecard to help quantify the value of the digital experiences from a business value and technology lifecycle management perspective.
- Consulted by all functional leaders (CAL/GCL), who own workforce planning, about talent acquisition & planning, including number of resources, skills & competency requirements, and mobility.
You are skilled at defining, refining, and communicating a user experience strategy that will motivate and build team and partner support and alignment to drive success and you are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest skills and thinking to your role including, Design Thinking, user and industry research, and journey mapping. You will routinely participate in partner and client meetings to understand client needs and share strategic roadmaps but also anticipate and uncover new needs.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- MBA/Master’s degree in relevant field
- 10+ years of proven experience in UX strategy and/or digital product management
- Delivering sophisticated digital experiences for B2B users
- Leading multiple projects / initiatives at once
- Designing, developing, and maintaining user experience strategy and standards
- Agile experience preferred with knowledge of Jira and Jira Align
- Data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translate strategic objectives into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered
- Ability to grasp sophisticated product features and understand the experience required with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria
- Capability of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, with a track record of building hard-working teams
- Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
- Delivering business results and customer value / identifying critical metrics to measure results
- Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills when working with internal/external customers to resolve issues and problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the insights from findings to senior management and senior stakeholders
- Intellectually curious with a flexible attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, high standards for performance with a continuous improvement approach

The Digital Experience product area is part of the Wealthscape Platform and Technology organization. Our mission is to deliver the optimal ADVISOR and INVESTOR experience that also provides support across the domain for core capabilities across browser-based and mobile platforms. We enable the platform at the core and seek to create an experience that propels growth in an advisor’s business, creates efficiencies and ultimately delivers investor value.
