Advancement opportunities
With our 10 Regional Centers, there are many opportunities to grow, both within a Regional Center and across the different locations.
Fidelity recognizes that career growth is enhanced through internal mobility. At the same time, it is important that employees remain in every position long enough to learn the skills required for the job and to fully contribute to the organization that provided the employee with the training and learning opportunity. Generally, Fidelity expects that in most circumstances the proper balance between career growth and contributions to the business unit require an employee to be in a position for at least 12 months before seeking other Fidelity opportunities.
