Honesty and authenticity

We expect our candidates to represent themselves honestly in every stage of the hiring process. We want to get to know the real you!

Acceptable AI uses

Candidates are permitted to use AI for the following purposes:

  • Resume formatting
  • Grammar and proofreading
  • Interview practice & preparation

Prohibited AI uses

During assessments and interviews, we expect candidates to represent their skills without the aid of others, outside resources, or AI unless specifically instructed to do so.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disqualification from our hiring process.
