As a member of our Fidelity Workplace Employer & Advisor Marketing (EAM) team, you will join a group of marketers focused on driving Workplace Investing value prop and messaging activation, employer brand awareness, and cross-functional storytelling through engaging content and experiences.
Your role will be focused on generating and coordinating B2B employer awareness activities.
Specifically, you will:
Co-create and execute the marketing plan for B2B brand value prop related activities
Co-create and activate the messaging for Workplace, including horizontal and vertical alignment
Work across EAM to coordinate top themes and ideas for Paid Media coordination, website placement, and content creation.
Coordinate a mid-funnel content calendar and social calendar
Ensure employer messaging alignment with Meetings & Events
Liaison with insights team to conduct brand research to create benchmarks on awareness and engagement
Support cross-team innovation initiatives as needed
The Expertise & Skills You Bring
A bias toward action; independent self-starter
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a business to business or agency role.
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
Experience with marketing communication frameworks and deployment across complex, matrixed organizations.
Passionate about teamwork with an appreciation for the value of diverse opinions and different skillsets
A desire to leverage data and insights to drive marketing strategy
Strong social skills, including the ability to work across the organization and communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively with partners.
Outstanding project/program management, and problem-solving capabilities
Curious and eager to learn
