1. Subject to your meeting initial and ongoing eligibility requirements, Company discretion and the availability of sufficient Company profits and cash flow.
2. 16-week maternity leave for those giving birth to a baby. 12-week paternity leave for those whose spouse, domestic partner, or surrogate is giving birth to a baby and for those adopting or fostering a child.
3. Omaha Virtual Regional Center and Albuquerque-based regular employees, excluding individuals employed at a retail branch location, are not eligible to receive the Profit Sharing contribution or Retiree Health Reimbursement Plan credits.
