At Fidelity Ireland, supporting women in technology is more than a talking point — it’s a long standing commitment. That’s why we’re proud to once again serve as the headline sponsor of the Women in STEM Summit, one of Ireland’s most influential gatherings dedicated to championing gender diversity, inclusion, and leadership across the STEM community.

Each year, the Summit brings together innovators, educators, rising talent, and senior leaders from across Ireland to explore how organisations can better attract, support, and elevate women in STEM. The 2026 theme focuses on unlocking the full potential of women in STEM — from early education through executive leadership — by building inclusive frameworks, advancing equity, and driving meaningful cultural change within organisations.

For us at Fidelity Ireland, this mission aligns closely with our own values. We’re committed to creating a workplace where women in technology can thrive, progress, and shape impactful careers. Our continued sponsorship is one way we’re investing in the future of Ireland’s STEM ecosystem and demonstrating our belief that diverse teams drive stronger innovation, smarter solutions, and better outcomes for our customers.

This year’s Summit also features insights from Lorna Martyn, Head of Corporate Services Technology at Fidelity Investments, who's delivering a keynote address and contributing to panel discussions. Lorna has been a long time advocate for female representation in technology and continues to champion initiatives that support women across the industry.

Our partnership with the Women in STEM Summit reflects Fidelity Ireland’s ongoing dedication to building a more inclusive future in tech — not just within our own organisation but across the wider Irish STEM community.
