Job Description:

A Fidelity Stock Plan Services Communication Manager is responsible for supporting our Plan Sponsors by servicing plan communications, education, and engagement needs. We collaborate with our Plan Sponsors and business partners to execute high quality, effective and efficient communication strategies. We are focused on maximizing the Communication & Education (C&E) offering as well as the many resources across Fidelity to ensure plan participants understand and make the most of their equity compensation benefits.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BS/BA required
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and/or communication programs
  • Knowledgeable and experienced working with company stock plans or other employee benefits preferred
  • Strategic and analytical thinking ability coupled with outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to uncover and anticipate needs, synthesize feedback, and use data to deploy templated, scalable solutions
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and ownership, seeking out and executing on opportunities to drive progress and transformation
  • Effective at project management and problem-solving for diverse processes and programs
  • History of collaborating in a team environment and establishing relationships with business partners and clients

The Team

The Stock Plan Communications Team aligns our Communications & Education offering to the needs of Plan Sponsors. Our communications help plan participants get started with Fidelity, understand their awards, navigate plan events, and provide guidance to help them plan for today and tomorrow. Providing education about company-provided awards and sharing the impact these awards have on overall financial wellness is fundamental to Fidelity’s approach. We have a steadfast commitment to our clients and constant focus on driving progress and transforming the way we work. As a team, we champion creativity, teamwork, leadership, and an obsession for doing the right thing for our Plan Sponsors and their participants.
