Job Description:

The Stock Plan Services (SPS) and NQ Deferred Comp (NQDC) Domain exists to focus and deliver upon the needs of our Stock Plan and NQDC Clients and their Participants. The domain focuses on four major tenets in operating principles and design decisions:

Delivering Customer Value: Listening and adapting to our customers’ (Sponsors and Participants) needs to deliver the best SPS and NQDC experience.

As the Product Area Leader, SPS Private Market, you blend broad product and portfolio management expertise with an obsession for delivering business partner and/or customer value. You will help set the strategic direction for the Product Area and ensure continued alignment and prioritization in the work being delivered. You will set the vision and strategy within the Private Market Integration Product Area to drive our market expansion into the Private Market. You will work in an agile structure with teams oriented around strategic goals and delivering on our KPIs. As a leader, you will empower these teams, and associates to maximize value delivered through prioritization, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and decision making. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture. You will partner with Fidelity Labs on the integration of the Fidelity Private Shares platform into the equity compensation ecosystem. You will help shape the overall Private Market platform strategy from early stage to late-stage support. You are committed to developing your own knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role and to empower others with that knowledge.
In an agile structure, you be responsible for a group of Squads, Chapter Leaders and COEs around strategic goals, business partner or customer experiences, products or product sets, or platforms. You will lead a team of agile/product leaders who are focused on driving increased value through simplified experiences.
The Expertise You Have

Proven track record leading multiple, cross-functional teams across various products, customer segments, and technology platforms, in an agile fashion

Experience engaging with executive and senior (C-suite) internal and external customers and partners
-
Experience defining and leading sophisticated products and programs within the domain and across the business
-
Financial services experience, with private and public equity administration experience, a plus
-
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred

15+ years of work experience
