Job Description:
Reporting to VP of Product in an exciting startup, this role will be responsible for building and scaling a business within Fidelity Labs!
You will use client, market and business sentiment to assist in developing a pitch supported by market research, interpret a prioritized product roadmap for new FinTech business opportunities, and champion the client needs with the team. The role will focus solving an exciting problem with focus on total cost of ownership and go to market planning. You will also explore internal and external relationships to identify new features and packaging options for incremental revenue streams. The successful candidate will partner with and influence technology and business leaders and is motivated by outcome and impact!
The Expertise you have

A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred

Validated experience in financial services or SaaS sales and/or marketing technology is required

Experience delivering technology solutions for institutional client consumption
-
Experience in putting together clear and concise business cases to fund work with measurable value and identified critical metrics

Experience gathering customer and user requirements, creating use cases, writing user stories
-
Experience with management of product financials and TCO, using this insight to plan product strategy
-
Proven ability to formulate strategic partnerships and negotiate effectively to drive business growth and enhance product offerings
-
Demonstrable experience working in/with and leading agile teams

Knowledge and/or competence to learn how ML models work, privacy regulations, competitive landscape, technology and current trends

Operational experience with the early development and/or assessment of business models; experience developing financial services products, platforms, and services, launching them quickly, and driving market adoption

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
