Performance Delivery employs a breadth of standards and best practices in strategic consulting, operating model assessment and design, business-oriented technology development, and new product deployment.

The PD team attracts, develops, and retains premier talent passionate about process and technology and focused on delivering human-centered solutions. PD has a culture of ownership, autonomy, and strong partnerships in the Practice and across the Firm. Each team member plays an important role in building the team’s bench strength, defining and deploying best practices, advancing diversity and inclusion, and supporting career development. And we all have a lot of fun doing it!
